Welcome

We built this site to chronicle our sailing adventures, knowing full well that most people couldn’t care less. However, we believe it’s fun to record some of our highlights and lowlights – for us, for our family and friends, and maybe for some who might find our learnings useful for their own journey.

As of May 2026, we are at the very beginning – in fact, we don’t even have our boat yet. It will be delivered late summer so expect somewhat regular updates to start around that time.

  • Construction – Part 1

    Construction takes about 8 months. The boat is build using a vacuum resin infusion process designed to optimize the boat’s strength-to-weight ratio. The construction integrates glass reinforced plastic (GRP) mats laser cut PVC closed cell foam cores to form a rigid sandwich structure.
